In 1991 Amber opened her first dance academy and her competition teams won many national and international awards. Her teams are in high demand and have performed in many half-time shows and large events that she choreographed. Some of the shows that her students have performed at include: San Diego Chargers halftime, Utah Jazz halftime, LA Lakers halftime, LA Rams halftime, 49ers halftime, Disneyland/Disneyworld performance tours and Opening Ceremonies of Sydney Austrailia.
Throughout her career Amber Leiter has gained many accolades and recieved more trophies than she has room to display. But her true passion shines with all the awards and recognition her students continue to gain as she passes the torch to all the new talent. SkyDance Academy is the artistic outlet for students to have a real chance at a dance career by learning from a leader who has lived a life of dance from her first twirlings as a toddler.
